What happens to my order if the recipient isn't home?

If the recipient is not home, the order will be left at the front door or in a safe shady place unless otherwise specified, a note will be left in the letterbox informing them of delivery, OR arrange pick up from shop if unsafe to leave

We are not responsible if given wrong address or if recipient is not home at time of delivery as its up to sender to make sure recipient will be home at some time during day delivered

Can I change the flower colour from the one pictured?

Yes, you can specify colours and if the flowers are available we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.

Can I request a particular time I want my order delivered?

You may request a particular time for funerals. For all other deliveries you may request either the morning or the afternoon and we will endeavour to deliver as requested.

What happens if the flowers aren't available?

If the flowers in the picture you have selected are not available, we will substitute them with flowers of similar colour and dollar value.

How far do you deliver? And how much does it cost?

We deliver within Boronia and surrounding suburbs. All orders placed online are subject to a flat-rate delivery fee of $12.

Bonny’s Florist is a well-established business that has been operating for well over 35 years.

Where is Bonny's Florist located?

We are located in Boronia, which is in Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs. We are only a five minute drive from the Dandenong Ranges and a short distance from the Yarra Valley.

Do you cater for special occasions e.g. weddings or funerals?

With extremely talented florists on board, we cater for any occasion that may arise, from funerals to births, weddings and anniversaries, or ‘just because’.

Do you only do local delivery or do you ship worldwide?

As we are a long-time member of Interflora, we can organise delivery any where in the world.During COVID-19 deliveries are limited in most countries to Florist Choice and no time deliveries
