Order problem: Please notify us within 48 hours so we can assist you quickly
If the recipient is not home, the order will be left at the front door or in a safe shady place unless otherwise specified, a note will be left in the letterbox informing them of delivery, call shop to arrange pick up from shop. If unsafe to leave and is re delivered a 2nd delivery charge may be charged
We are not responsible if given wrong address or if recipient is not home at time of delivery as it’s up to sender to make sure recipient will be home at some time during day delivered
Yes, you can specify colours and if the flowers are available we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.
You may request a particular time for funerals. For all other deliveries you may request either the morning or the afternoon and we will endeavour to deliver as requested.
If the flowers in the picture you have selected are not available, we will substitute them with flowers of similar colour and dollar value.
We deliver within Boronia and surrounding suburbs. All orders placed online are subject to a delivery fee from $17.00

As we are a long-time member of several worldwide flower services, we can organise delivery to most parts of the world. During COVID-19 deliveries are limited in most countries to Florist Choice and no time deliveries
